Magnat is „Most Innovative Brand 2017“ Highest Plus X Award goes to the German developer from Pulheim near Cologne

Celebration at the Magnat headquarters in Germany: The developer from Pulheim near Cologne receives high decorations at this year’s Plus X Awards. Nine products from all categories – featuring HiFi, home cinema, wireless, electronics and headphones – did receive the highly regarded awards. Furthermore the whole company was proclaimed “Most Innovative Brand 2017” in the area “Home Entertainment Audio”. An independent jury of Journalists and other renowned experts did give this highest award to Magnat already for the second time, now.

The title of “Most Innovative Brand” has been conferred on German manufacturer Magnat for the second time. The Pulheim-based company is honoured with this highest of the Plus X Awards in the category “home entertainment audio”. The independent jury comprised of journalists and other industry personalities awarded this title to the long-established brand for the second time in 2017, the first time being in 2015. In addition to being the “Most Innovative Brand 2017”, Magnat also wins nine awards for individual products from its portfolio.

Awards for Quantum 727 and New Omega 380
High-end floor standing speaker Quantum 727 was awarded the coveted Plus X Award for “high quality and functionality”. The same award also goes to a reissued classic: The New Omega 380 Subwoofer thus makes a dream entry to home cinema.

Awards for the full wireless portfolio
Magnat also succeeded in multiroom and wireless audio: Stereo speakers Magnasphere 55 and Magnasphere 33 as well as wifi streaming speakers CS 40 and CS 10 were each honoured for their “high quality, design and ease of use”. That means that all available Magnat products from this particular field were distinguished by the Plus X jury – an impressive testament to the Pulheim-based manufacturer’s exceptional commitment to the segment. 

Award for outstanding electronics by Magnat
In the field of electronics, Magnat M500 series won the award for “high quality and ease of use”. The jury particularly praised the combination of high-end CD player MCD 550 and DAB(+)/FM tuner MT 520. 

Award for the combination of Bluetooth and in-ear
Last but not least, Magnat LZR headphones were awarded for “high quality, design and functionality”: Bluetooth in-ear headphones Magnat LZR 548 BT and Magnat LZR 948 BT won the jury over.
